Article 6.5 — How to Download and Share Reports
BeChorus allows you to download your analytics data for use in presentations, label meetings, brand pitches, and personal records.
How to download a report:
Step 1 — Go to Dashboard → Analytics → Reports
Step 2 — Select your report type:
- Streaming Report
- Revenue Report
- Audience Report
- Growth Report
- Full Performance Report (all of the above combined)
Step 3 — Set your date range:
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
- Last 90 days
- Last 12 months
- Custom range
Step 4 — Choose your format:
- PDF (best for presentations and sharing)
- CSV (best for spreadsheets and data analysis)
- Excel (best for custom calculations)
Step 5 — Click "Generate Report" and download
Who might need your reports:

Tip: Keep a monthly report archive from the beginning of your career. Historical data becomes extremely valuable when pitching to labels, brands, and booking agents as you grow.
