Article 2.5 — How Do I Set a Release Date?

You choose your own release date during the submission process.

Things to keep in mind:

Minimum lead time — Submit at least 7 days before your desired release date for standard delivery
Playlist pitching — If you want to be considered for Spotify editorial playlists, submit 4 to 6 weeks early
Friday releases — Industry standard is Friday. Most artists release on Fridays to align with New Music Friday playlists globally
Pre-save campaigns — If BeChorus is running a pre-save or pre-order campaign for your release, extra lead time is needed
