Article 5.2 — How to Request Cover Artwork

Your cover artwork is the first visual impression listeners get of your music. BeChorus helps you create artwork that is eye-catching, platform-ready, and true to your artistic identity.

How to request cover artwork:

Step 1 — Contact your BeChorus artist manager or email [email protected]

Step 2 — Share your release details:

• Track or album title
• Genre and mood of the music
• Release date (so we can plan accordingly)
• Any visual references or inspiration you have in mind

Step 3 — Our creative team prepares initial concepts

Step 4 — You review the concepts and provide feedback

Step 5 — Final artwork is delivered in all required formats and sizes

Artwork delivery formats include:

• 3000 x 3000 px (streaming platforms)
• Social media versions (square, portrait, landscape)
• High-resolution print version if needed

Timeline:

Tip: Request your artwork at least 3 weeks before your release date to allow time for revisions and to meet platform submission deadlines.
